Oh girl! I am babysitting and am definitely going to have to watch this again. My friend's daughter is three and when you pour the ginger ale over the owl, she screamed, no don't drown the owl. The next thing she noticed was the bubble bath and I was treated to the bubble dance. I am rolling and I'm only halfway through the video. You are priceless and so is she.

For one of your junk journals, you can take the Halloween napkins and use a glue stick to adhere it to some cardstock. Be sure to get it down to single ply first. It could be a page, a pocket or cut up into tags.

I use that tea tree scrub a little goes a long way. I also grabbed the green apple bubble bath. First one I remember was matching mermaids w my mom. Also I can't believe you never had cream soda! Try it with a scoop of orange sherbert!

My first and always costume was a witch. I agree about the spooky napkin print, that’s a good one! I haven’t had a cream soda in decades! That Odo Ban really works well, we never got the large one here. Rhinovirus is your common cold virus, which I am suffering with right now! 😡 Great haul!!

My 1st costume I can remember I was a cow girl. My sons first costume he was a pumpkin 🎃 This was a great haul Marie, loved everything that you found. In the 70's I believe my first costume was either Wonder woman, Isis , or Casper the friendly ghost. I also grew up drinking cream soda and coconut soda but only as a treat for family picnics.

I don't remember my first costume,that would of been in the middle 1960's! My daughter was a pumpkin for her first Halloween. I have to tell this story About my brother on Halloween,we went to a private Catholic school, the kids were aloud to wear their costumes to school, my brother was dressed as a devil, my mom didn't know the kids were going to mass before school starts. My brother in his costume goes up to the alter to receive communion In his devil costume!! When my mom found out they had gone to mass she was mortified,she said I never would have let him wear that costume ,if she knew they were going to mass before class started!

I use CeraVe moisturizing facial wash. I would be very interested in your comparison. I know you use good make-up and a few $Tree products. I am always afraid to try the $Tree lotions, hair repair stuff, skin products. I have sensitive skin and I just question how good is a $1.25 item for face products. Can you give me your opinion? I cannot use their handsoaps, they are too drying an cause terrible itching. I stopped using Bath&Body hand soaps for same reason. They recently changed their whole formula for handsoaps, so I will give them a try. Thank you!🙂

🙋‍♀️❤omg Marie, mine was in the 60's came in a squarish box that had a see thru top so you could see your plastic mask that had a elastic band that fit around the back of your head and you sweated and could hardly breathe in that thing! Your costume was a very minimal crap quality little thing such ad Snow White, a queen, whatever.....and being the oldest of 6 kids, I was thrilled to get one🤣😇 and btw, I think you are a lovely person.....of course I watch to the end, and the match, lighter thing, I gotcha ya😮

Marie hats off to you I just got your book yesterday I finished it this morning I’m sorry you had to go through so much with your finances health and most of all Loxi I can say my life has been similar for the last year and a half you mentioned you feel God wasn’t by your side and you have to Love yourself which is very hard I’m still trying and working on that but it’s hard after 40 years of emotional,verbal abuse he’s no longer in the picture and I’ve started taking care of myself by remodeling my house to get all the negative vibes out I’m a free person now I truly understand about your health problems because mine was anxiety attacks no matter I could be happy about things going on good in my life but I didn’t feel that way but by doing some work on myself it’s changed I just want you to know I’m so grateful for you writing your story to help others know that your not the only one that has problems theirs others out there that don’t talk about it I’m so proud of you I’ll cherish you and your videos Love Jan

Well, I'm old- lol- so in my day, Halloween costumes were far less sophisticated. Most were pretty basic and un-inspired. The first one I can remember was a bride- and I wore my first communion dress....so there you go. :)

Where I grew up it was always pretty cold on Halloween so we didn't really ever get to wear costumes. We had our winter jackets on. I don't remember what i wore for my first Halloween. We had a few masks that we wore many years, those are what I first remember. They were the masks that Holly and Fred stole from the 5 and Dime store in the Breakfast at Tiffany's movie. The same characters. 😊

Great find on the Spiking Glue, it works almost just as good as the Got 2 Be Hair glue and that is about 6-10 bucks depends on where you buy it. I want almost everything you showed. Love ya

First costume was Raggedy Anne. Mum sewed it for me and I had a dyed mop head as a wig - she made me wear it until I outgrew it. I want to find the raven napkins and craft with them. I got the two decor pieces that were in the shape of a coffin, one with a raven and the other with the book. I plan on keeping them up all year round. IBC is a great soda brand, I love their cream soda & root beer. I need to look out for the Lemi Shine spray! The Awesome Brand degreaser and the oxy powder are top notch in my book. Great video as always :)

I don’t remember what my First Hallowe’en costume was…. But the 3 earliest ones I remember (but have no photos 😕) are Pipi-longstocking - They put a folded out hanger in my hair, so that the braids would stay “stuck out” on the sides of my head, a clown🤡 - (complete with big red nose), and a robot made with boxes and tin foil. 📦 🤖

My first costume, that I can remember, was a robot costume with flashing lights, that my dad so proudly made for me.BUT That was the one and only time I wanted to be a princess. I was six !
