Whether you want Big Forearms or Stronger Grip Strength, you will find something useful in this video GUARANTEED. I spent a week reading all the articles and trying out which exercises give a good pump, and which don't feel effective.
What I have is a pretty complete overview of exercises like Plate Pinch, Static Holds, Gripper Work, Fat Gripz, Chin Ups, Dead Hangs, Bicep Curls, Wrist Curls, Wrist Rollers and the Powerball.
I put these into a weekly routine and 6 weeks later my forearms are 1/3 of an inch bigger!
On top of that, I can deadlift 150kg+ without straps and I don't need them for RDL, Power Cleans or Bent Over Row.
If I had to say what was most effective it's probably the Wrist Curls, the Powerball and the 10-12 second Rack Pulls.
