New space looks awesome but word of advice - rent it only if you know how to make money with it - and more than the rent. Rent is a killer - it just sucks money out of your pocket. It’s a last resort if you don’t have any other option. If you can find a spot you can do your stuff with short term rent and no investment until you have absolutely other choice than renting something more expensive

If you can find a bigger place that would be preferable. Make sure to get your own house with room for a big steel warehouse place.

in 75 a guy purchased every part it would take to build a Trans Am from scratch. It cost 150,000.00 bucks and a new TA that year loaded listed for about 6300.00. Price of parts is nuts

This shop looks nice. BUT just don't jump into something and later regret it. Sounds like you're already having second thoughts it's not big enough you said. Maybe shop around a little bit more. Just saying that's my two cents worth. Good luck in your future endeavors.
