It's a massive 12.4-inch screen and packed with that 10,000mAh battery alongside the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, this is an amazing tablet. I'm just not sure what's the price (as of now).

I was worried about my tab because it alway hot at the bottom part of the front camera, was it normal for the mi pada 6s pro top be hot at that area even when you just downloading things and setting up the tab. Well it still became cooler easily when in idle.

Xiaomi should focus more on software polish. MIUI is very buggy. And it breaks many basic Android functions.

I had Xiaomi pad 6 and sold it because the widevine was in L3. I know the fix but it was just temporary and it kept turning back to L3. I hope this version doesn’t have similar problem.

Just check any SD8G2 phone result and add 5% for it because of the bigger body. Why do you think the phone chip with phone resolution result different? Even the Android developers doesn't make a tablet view, the phone version is upscaled more to fit the screen..

Exactly. Just sold my redmi and went back to Samsung. What these reviewers don't mention is how many basic Android functions that work on other brand are broken in MIUI.

What kind of bugs you are referring to? I just got this tablet, it's not bad. One thing I really hate about it is you cannot install 3rd party launcher and use gestures, and even if you use the navigation buttons with the 3rd party launcher, it is supper buggy, but if you run the stock UI so far so good, not that bad, apart from the launcher issue and not having the ability to change the icons.

Don't buy this tablet for gaming. Xiaomi totally screwed up cooling, so that CPU reaches 100°C in just single core work loads and throttles into oblivion. The GPU never runs at full 680 MHz, the frequency is limited to 615 MHz when the CPU reaches 35 °C (which is always LMAO). So you are losing out on 15% of performance over any smartphone with 8G2.

3:00 - I've said it before and will keep saying it. All these tablets from these brands are amazing except they lack OLED. It's just necessary as I assume the majority use tablets for media consumption. I think everyone thinks it's okay because well these tablets look an awful lot like iPads and since Apple hasn't implemented OLED in their iPads yet, these manufacturers don't seem like they need to either. So maybe we need Apple to start the trend soon haha! Funny because it was massively the other way round with phones.
