The first time I listened to this, I was a little let down with the first 2 mins. Not that I think its bad, but the rest of the album had been so good, and this is the title track. However everything after that is one of the most incredible things my ears have ever experienced. The bit from Snowcones coming back immediately made me happy, its one of my favorites from the album, and I was NOT ready for the Mario bit. Then snowcones comes back beautifully, along with another new bit that is absolutely incredible. A nice little bridge/solo, and then the hard commit to the new bit I absolutely love. You can literally FEEL the passion and work that went into this, I would honestly consider it masterpiece level, and I tear up almost every time I listen. I'll always remember sitting on my deck with my cat on the first sunny day of the year, listening to this album for the first time, and just sobbing at this for the last 2-3 minutes. The beauty of it, the knowledge that 2 years of work went into this album, and the incredible vicarious feeling of how good it must have felt to finally complete this and release it. AND THEN THE FOLLOW UP IN THE NEXT SONG TOO OMG No matter what else happens, you have made something absolutely incredible here, and I want to thank you for making my life better. Cheers

Excellent in it's own right, the Mario nostalgia is superbly woven into the song without it being imposing. So good it sent shivers down my spine. This is far more than just "chiptune".
