Tupac never said Biggie did it. He said Biggie knew what was bout to go down and didn't do enough to warn him. He had people in his ear feeding him bad info to create the beef. Unfortunately he fell for it the same way the Panthers did. I myself don't believe Biggie knew anything about the set up. And judging from what some of the people involved said, it was just supposed to be a robbery to teach Tupac a lesson. But Tupac was always strapped and wasn't going to let them rob him without a fight. I think releasing who shot ya was a big mistake on Biggie and Bad Boys part. It further inflamed the situation.
