Y'all have no clue how big of a hit Get Rich to This was. That shit was banging in the middle of nowhere bumfuck country in the damn woods bro I kid you not. They started my love for rap bro and I'm thankful for that. Them, ma$e, and Hot Boy$ had me rapping at the age of 4 no Cap. Idk I still to this day have those first 3 albums and truth is the 3rd one was garbage compared to the first two, Soul Food was just a classic album that actually spoke to my soul @ that time, that album was waaay ahead of it's time and as a 20 year old black man @ that time it just hit all that I was feeling living and dealing with. For me it's sad to hear there fall off was because they felt they had to go a different way or be something else other then the group that did the Soul Food album. OutKast became OutKast and made it big because the stayed true to who they were in the beginning music wise....Soul Food was something we never had in the south but what we needed and Loved. The West and The South always musically aligned you were never going to get the respect of New York
