Same here. Met him outside a show at an HBCU in Ohio back around '99-00 when World Party came out. I remember Cee-Lo wasnt at the show because he had just gotten married. Show was still great. So me and my friends are heading to the parking lot and there's Gipp standing near the church van chilling smoking a cigarette. I walked up to him told him I messed with them heavy, and was ready to walk off. He ended up dapping me up and asked me a few questions about which songs Infelt the most, and what I was going to school for. Cool 1-2 minute talk. My boy ended up snapping a shot of us mid-talk without my knowledgeable. Gave me the picture a few days later. Cool moment for a youngster.
