Great job! The only thing I can see that needs fixing is that you need to solder and shrink-wrap all electrical connections; twisting together bare wires is a recipe for connections failing. Especially with all the salt air at the beach, those connections will fail very quickly. Otherwise, great job. Love your direct approach to things, and keeping it all as straight-forward as possible!

I have IMAGINED in building my very own go cart, years ago! And never had the equipment or the materials, did have PLENTY OF TIME but just never followed through and just left it that, then. And now, I just saw someone else build it. The design of my go cart is much different than the one in the video? But it did and does look good for the person, in the video, who built it 👍

You possess excellent skills in building this go kart. I have engineering background so I noticed some of the components could have been better designed for strength and durability.According to your video all welding seems spot welds.For strength it should be continuous welding especially the chassis.With no proper suspension everything will fall apart over the time.The front axles will break too.Sorry for pointing out faults.As mentioned before you have excellent overall skills so I am sure you can improve your design.Wish you best

But the kart won’t turn properly because both rear wheels will run the same speed when making a turn. There is no differential. Inner and outer wheels travel in a different size radius when turning. So this thing will only want to go straight or have a huge turning radius.

You would be amazed how strong lots of spot welding is! Lots of welding machines are only made two do spot welding! They are made to do spot welds. Spot welds do you go all the way through the material! Sue you can weld all the way across the material with lots of spot welds. So it can be plenty strong!!

El diseño de este proyecto qué acabo de no cumple con muchos parámetros de fabricación el casis o marco del vehículo está fabricado en tubo rectangular de muy poca dimensión en cuanto alas pulgadas recomendaría tubo redondo estructural de 2" diámetro 2m.m mínimo con soladuras de cordones no con puntos ,y este carrito no tiene suspensión ni delantera mucho menos suspención trasera no aguantara mucho está muy rígido hay q aser muchas correcciones , no tiene muñoses ni rotulas , para mí no esta 100% seguro para andar no tiene sistema anti vuelco ni sinturones de seguridad . Y con el motor que le piesas montar tienes que aser un trabajo mucho mejor que este amigo.

Great job and with a little alteration here and there it would be perfect for people with disabilities who like to go beach angling, the ones made by the professionals are way overpriced and for most disabled pricing is prohibitive. It doesn’t have to be fancy and that 5.5 hp lawnmower motor should supply enough power. Open a business and market worldwide I’m sure there are many with the same angling needs as myself.
