I’m not sure where Liam believes that the Director of Football and Head Coach model is working? He gave no examples of where and/or how, except simply saying others are doing! I get that people recruited will be doing their level best to do well, but for me it simply adds cost. Please let me know if I’m wrong, as I need to be persuaded that this model will work for our club.
