You suck..you ( dont remember ur name) confuse more than u explain..u need to be replaced as trainer..pls check out INE on how to train ppl as a benchmark..I dont wat to be mean..but I hate wasting my time..its something I really want to learn..u just frustrate me man when it comes to learning F5..I being a beginner in LB
