This video shows you how I refurbished several Big Jim figures. I secured a lot of various Big Jim pieces and decided to put them all together and make several figures out of them. The techniques vary and although not conventional, they still work.

MacGyver would be proud. Whatever works. As a kid we had crude hospital boxes full of first aid and medical supplys. Like Super glue, Epoxy, string, rubber bands, tape and even a needle and thread for when the buttons come off or a seam opens up. To model outfits this is a great use of Franken Jim parts.

Nice fixes =D I just found a box of Big Jim stuff at a flea market, but they all have their heads popped off. Thanks for the ideas!
