lotion is a term that they use for toner in japanese products, please dont use it as a moisturizer... yes japanese products is confusing sometimes

yea for example like illiyon lotion is basically a moisturizer that less thick than their cream, lotion as toner i only find in japan beauty product@@imnotjeon
