I'm exceited to get repot and get it going on a moss pole after it's had a chance to aclimate to it's new home with me. I found your video very helpful and answered many of my questions. Hey Jan, loving your video’s. It’s great to see some Aussie plant KZbin finally! So yeh we are watching from Aus 😉 Also that’s interesting that you said the hybrids are actually easier to grow and more forgiving, I didn’t realise that. I never heard anyone say that before. I was never too keen to grow my plants up poles before, because it always looked too messy to me, slowly but surely you’ve changed my mind and I made the trip to Bunnings for supplies today 😅😅

Your Glorious looks just amazing :) I was wondering if the elongated leaf shape is just because it is so mature. Melano leaves also get more elongated as it matures and the leaves of your Glorious looked a lot rounder when it was smaller…

Love how steady growing Glorious is - at least for a year for me! I propagated it and shared a handful of cuttings. I must have bad luck or it hates the water (I use Brita filtered) or fertilizer I use or something went awry. My poor Glorious is now leafless but I am trying to get it to bounce back. Always amazes me how you grow plants from baby cuttings to ginormous specimens! I will have to be more patient and try to grow more of my small plants bigger though I think for me I am doing something wrong with some plants as they seem to decline at some point and I have to restart them.

I got mine from an online sale. I don’t sell sorry. Just ask the seller to show you a photo of the motherplant. Plants are all different (like we humans are) so just embrace the variety rather than trying to grow one that looks exactly like something you saw on the internet :)
