That's not technically possible. The US Navy does a lot of year round work around 51/Nellis to make sure that ... certain ... geographic features change. It is a defense tactic to confuse spy planes, satellites, and any foreign spies. US Navy Naval Engineering Sciences and Services Center handles those jobs in particular.

@@lakemanson8051 with coordinates being a thing I am not sure that land features will make much of a difference unless they are covering up a construction site, or hiding damage they did with a weapon, its not necessarily changing the landscape to trick foreign countries as it wouldn't be that easy especially if they have a history of photos in that location. They would be able to see the changes like a picture board.

One of the vids i watched on Kenny had some info that a lot don't mention. Kenny's dad took his own life when Kenny was in his 20's and Kenny was the one who found him. Kenny supposedly mentioned to his girlfriend that if he were to do something like that he would make sure to never be found. Before he went missing Kenny was about to loose the house he built and loved and on the trip where he went missing he was going to be looking for the M cave but didn't take his video camera with him, it was found still at home. His phone and some change next to it was found by the mine, so my thought is, if Kenny did decide to take his life, he will have walked to a very out of the way place, somewhere not many people go so that he wouldn't be found. I hope that isn't the case, but if it is, he won't be found until folks go out and look in some of the most out of the way places i think. Good on you for keeping up the search, this vid was very interesting, i like how you are not afraid to dig about!

@@scottnuttall7777 No probs, it is true, he may never be found, he did have his backpack and tent with him, because they flew a heli over the area when he didn't return, looking for the tent and didn't see it. Perhaps those things could still be found (maybe deep in a cave somewhere) which might give some clue where he ended up. I will look forward to watching your vids, i like how, if you see something interesting you go and have a good look round, kudos to you for being so thorough. Most don't seem concerned with finding Kenny in my opinion but finding the m cave and solving the mystery of his death. I don't blame them I would probably do the same (since this mysterious cave is how this all came to my attention). There's something about a mystery that compels us. But I agree, people should start looking in more unusual places for his body. If it was me I'd go where people are less likely to look eg higher up... even somewhere difficult to get back down from.

He didn't want anyone to find him, he didn't want them to be so traumatized over his suicide like he was over his father's. I don't know why everyone assumes Kenny went looking for the M cave that day.

This is from Kenny Veach's gal friend: Sheryon Pilgrim 5 years ago I am the girlfriend that Kenny spoke of in the video. There are so many posts. I had no idea until a friend let me know. So many people are wondering what happened and guessing different things. You are heart felt about the sadness around what has happened with Kenny. He has not been found and I feel that he probably will not be found for many, many months, if ever. I want to share what I know and feel about what happened, so that you might bring some closure and understanding in your own lives. Kenny absolutely loved hiking in the desert. It was his very, very favorite thing to do. We hiked and camped together all over the Nevada desert.... sometimes 9 hours in a day. We found many abandoned mining towns, usually referred to as "ghost towns" by Nevada hikers. We explored many caves and mine shafts. We were always careful how we explored them, but Kenny was a bit more daring than I was. We wore snake guards, sun protected clothing, used walking sticks, brought enough water and food for the hiking hours and had extra water/food in the car. (He rarely drank all his water.) We took wonderful pictures of all sorts of things we saw... rusted cars, old falling down buildings, cemeteries, mines, wild animals, tarantulas, scorpions, trees, cactus and flowers. Our deserts are beautiful, if you have a love for deserts. They are not "spooky" scary but you do have to be careful of the terrain and of course bring enough water and food. We always were excited when we saw desert wild life, like the big horn sheep in the video. They are stunningly beautiful to see in person in our desert. We would stand quietly still to watch them as long as possible. I was so very excited to see the one he filmed in his video. I want you to know that I do not think Kenny had an accident. I believe he committed suicide. He battled depression for many years and would not take medication or see a doctor. He quit his job a little more than a year before he disappeared. He wanted to see if he could sell his inventions and do what he called "Cowboy Interior Design" for homes. He bought his first home five years ago and had an amazing ability of decorating in this style. He was not successful in getting a business going and was running out of money after a year of not working. He no longer wanted to work in a "job" for someone else and as his money decreased he became more and more depressed. He really did not look for another job. In early Oct, with seeing his depression increase, I said to him, "You aren't going to pull a Robin Williams on me are you"? This is when he opened up more about his depression and his thoughts much of his life about suicide. His father committed suicide when Kenny was in his early 20's. When I asked him the question he answered me with "If I decide to do it, you will be OK because you are good at the Law of Allowing." He asked me what I would think of him if he did it. He also said if he decided to do it "No one will ever find me." It would be easy to do something like this in our desert with the number of natural caves and mines. He could hike many miles in a day so there is no telling where or how far he could have hiked during his 3 day 2 night solo hike. When he did not call me after the 3rd day of being gone I called missing persons. The search for him was started within a couple days of my call. Over 30 search and rescue team members searched 3 different times on foot. One helicopter fly over was done and there was no trace of Kenny or any of his camping things. They found his car in the area I told them it would be. They did find his cell phone by the mine shaft in the video. The mine shaft was only about a 4 hour hike from his car. It is my feeling he left it behind so that he could not be tracked form the GPS in it. He also did not take his video camera with him on this solo hike. It was left in his home. So, he had no intention of filming anything. I share this with you for two reasons. First, so that you have more of an understanding who Kenny was and to bring some peace or understanding to the situation. Secondly, if any of you do decide to go out into our desert to look for him or the M Cave, be careful and bring enough water and food. Walking sticks are a good idea and not doing a solo hike. Bring a GPS and make sure that you have let family or friends know that you are heading out for the hike and where and when you will be returning. A search really can't be on a one day hike. You would be repeating much of the same hike....just getting up the mountain and then be left with not many hours in the day to do the search. You would need 2 or 3 days at a time and in the summer, or even late spring, this can not be done because of the heat of our desert. You would not be able to carry enough water. So, please, please be careful. I had many wonderful experience with Kenny and will always remember them and have a place of love in my heart for him and the wonderful things we did together. I am healing from my loss and look forward to new experiences with desert hiking, camping and taking beautiful pictures of our desert. Exactly! My theory states that if Kenny would have ultimately killed himself, he would have done that activity in ANY other cave present in that range... His video was based upon a preview of an odd looking cave with "M" shaped entrance. But it's possible that he committed suicide in an other cave and didn't want to be found so he distracted the entire world to focus upon 1 specific cave... To back this up from personal experience, I'm a depressed individual with great sense of humor and a scope to live my life the fullest! But I would also find that isolating myself (feeling lonely and worthless and having no interaction with people outside my bio bubble) will also provide me with immense pleasure and happiness. Kenny might just fit into my character but with professional training in hiking out in the wild, and decided to film his wonderful journey and his passion, but would want to remain isolated and further commit suicide to mark it as a mystery or a judgment that no one would waste their time in discovering about him, simply due to that fact that he doesn't even care about his existence.... So he filmed about the M shaped cave, and found a perfect opportunity to abandon his channel/life and maybe, just maybe commit suicide in any other cave, or any remote place on Earth or go insane but possible, live an extreme low life with NO interaction to social media and blackout from the outside world that no one knows about, and just chill in his hideout with cold beer... Also I made a new account to post this reply, so I wouldn't be bugged if people try responding to my comment as I've turned off my notifications lol

I've looked over the area with google earth, as an avid hiker and also someone who practices self-sufficiency and survival .... two things come to mind .... I see several routes that look doable in the same area he walked in his video .... he said in his video he likes to go off trail or something to that effect. I do this same thing often myself, because you just never know what you might find. I think the fact nearly everybody walks his route is just silly.....he isn't going to commit suicide there for sure (assuming thats what happened - he would be too easy to find). Back to google earth, there is a route from I think its called little may canyon that goes to the right and looks like you can follow a ridgeline over to and down to horse pass. There are some places along there that look sketchy, but he said in his video that is his preferred way .... he was an adventurer. Second, he seemed to be very fond of pine nuts .... I also like pine nuts. If I was intending to end my life, I would find a pine tree and sit under it, gorge myself on pine nuts until there were none left, then do the deed. I would fricken check every single pine tree in that area starting with anywhere that has a cluster of pine trees. I've not seen anyone mention that and I have watched a LOT of videos of people looking for him or clues or the M cave.

I think from what ive watched that Kenny did sadly choose to find his peace in a place he loved and with that said i don't think he's in the m cave because eventually that will be found and he wasn't stupid he would know people searching would inevitably find it. He's not on any known route or any route he's ever mentioned because again he would know that's where people will search. My opinion is he knew places that only he knew and probably places that go far into the mountains i.e a deep cave or old mine and i think he in a state of low mood due to depression decided that was the day and had a place already chosen he went there and found his peace with himself in a place he loved. I think with that he should be left to rest and let his memory be respected by allowing him to be wherever he is. Stop searching and leave him to his mountains he chose a place you won't find.

Good observation bigs. I’m still curious. For mr Kenny to say he had a weird feeling like his body was vibrating as he did get closer to the m cave. I think if ppl did find his body, they could finally be at ease. But the way how he just up and disappeared still leaves mystery even though his paps committed suicide. It wouldn’t surprise me if he did commit suicide which I hope he didn’t. And if he did, I hope he’s in a better place. But if he didn’t, that would mean that someone or something covered up the m cave so that it wouldn’t be found on purpose.

Hmmm, I do a lot of hiking myself, in areas people don't go, and always solo. What has intrigued me with Kenny is this. Parts of this strangely mirror back to a thought I had before this. It would be easy to leave my cell phone in one location while I went the other. Not to mention the story of the cave. It seems to me he used that to throw people off. It also sounds like Kenny knew this area well over 20 years. He would have known the terrain like the back of his hand. I'm not really sold just yet that he killed himself. A thought that has crossed my mind was he simply spun a well played story and simply went off the grid. Of course, I can not prove that. I just can't help but think that because of the way it mirrored a thought of a plan I had years ago.

I might consider carrying a decent mask to put on when poking my head into those small caves. Hantavirus is a serious illness almost every pack rat and field mouse carry and it only takes getting it once to end up dead. It seems like every year we have one or two hikers in my area that die from it. A small effort to safeguard your life.

For the longest time, I thought the 'M' was the shape of the cave opening. Now, I'm thinking it is the shape of the peaks above the cave. At 4:12+, I see an 'M' shape of the rocks. Can you go have another look for caves under the 'M'? Best of luck. I hope you find something.

There's a really interesting documentary about people that go missing in national parks in the US called 'Missing 411'. A surprising number of people simply vanish with no trace, and many times their remains are found years later out in the open, in areas search teams covered numerous times. In remote areas like this, even something that's not "hidden" can be extremely difficult to find.

I think you would probably need an EMF detector or something to see if there are any signs of electric-fields and an infrared camera or something like that to see what our eyes cant. If it's been already like 8 years since it's discovery, you would think that whatever it was would have been covered up by now and redirected somewhere.

Gather a team of 100 hikers consisting of Medics, Equipment Carriers, Expert Campers, Personal with Military Background Experience, Radio 📻 Controllers, Navigators 🧭, Camera 🎥 Crew and go out and find Kenny even if it means opening or moving those boulders 🪨 out of the way of the suspected M Cave Location.

He's probably at the bottom of a vertical mine shaft that was either an open hole or covered in a rotted wood/rusted metal covering that fell through. They're everywhere. He was rather careless and in one video said he only had a couple of gulps of water and had not eaten since earlier that day before going out in the desert. Or a rattler got him and his bones washed away with a flash flood and into one of the many little canyons there, which would have covered them with dirt washing down afterwards and building up over time. The conspiracy that an Air Force base would have a random opening to their secret underground base from a random cave that anyone could enter in the desert...is absurd. Especially for a base that has border security all around. They wouldn't have an unmonitored secret door in a cave. I think he poisoned himself walking into a mine with toxic air from natural or manmade pollution. Hence the 'vibrating' he felt near the cave, but not away from it. He may have made up the whole thing to fluff his channel, as well. Wouldn't be the first time. He had no photo or video evidence of it.

One thing I don't get is when was the search called the girl friend. I think said the first night when he told her he would be home. But he told others or was planning on a 3 day camping and hiking trip. A father and daughter they said his camp site wasn't even searched by the people looking for him. Then he said he leaves most of his water in his vehicle. That was tolled by police.

That's not the M Cave, the M Cave is at the bottom of the ravine, when you step inside it, there is a 50' shaft straight down, at the bottom there are two grey doors.

Kenny was looking for a M shaped mine not cave there was a mine shaft on tip of the ridge that is how he found it and the entrice was sealed off he talk about a vibration coming from it.

Kenny is in those caves with different tunnels. Why you doesn't use small toy remote-controlled. A toy with very good quality small, a car all terrain with those rubber tires, so it can roll over rocks. from a toy store. The car all terrain with a video camera with light, inside a very fine mesh to secure it. At the same time the toy is tied to a cable so in case they get stuck it can pull everything out and retrieve it.

PLEASE READ THIS Scott Nuttall 1st of all i think you are doing a good job and i thank you for that and keep up my opinion on the case of Kenny Veach 1. i don't think he is in the desert or 2.killed by animal and 3. i don't think he take his life, because if he get killed by animal there would be his remains anywhere only human beings hide or clean their paths after this kind of activity , 4. i don't think he change his appearance or skip town because to do that he needs a lot of money and he doesn't have that. ***so what i think is that he is taken or kidnaped by the authorities of the area . *** or someone took advantage, someone close to him took advantage of the hike and followed him then tried to control him at the mine place. then he drop his phone for to get help or for clue to find him or to give sign of his direction. my reason for this one is , why didn't he left his phone in the car if he didn't need it? ,he took his phone with him from his car but when someone get him may be at gun point he drop his phone for clue or as sign. so i recommend people who are looking for Kenny i suggest them first of all try to get his cell phone and check the call logs texts and pics. because the person who took Kenny knows he wasn't recording at that time , he was there already for the 2nd time but nothing happened to him. why? if it was animal it doesn't care if he is recording or not it will attack immediately. but if there was a person he will wait for the right time and opportunity so this person waited to the 3rd time he went to hike and followed him. and no one can't know the date , time , he goes so a person who want to hurt him is the closest one and who know his plane or schedule . so that person followed him or sent agent to do the job for him. this is why i think you won't find him in the desert bkz he is taken or killed. what am trying to say is Kenny didn't attacked by predator animal or he didn't commit suicided. someone was trying to hurt Kenny

It’s highly likely that if Kenny was telling the truth about the cave and it’s paranormal effect on him, the fact he posted about it and then went missing, it would have created a buzz and proficient hikers are going to want to find it, if it cave did in fact house something extraordinary, the government would have likely sealed it or at least made it unrecognisable at first glance.

I think Kenny went down that mine where his phone was found. Mentioning the M cave was a decoy to throw people off the trail. That's my gut feeling but I could easily be wrong, though I have quite a strong feeling about it.

Did you check the university seismic activity by the time the hiker went missing? If there was a earthquake, that could explain how he was killed. It would only take a small seismic activity to loosen those boulders to come down on somebody or close a cave or shaft. Check the seismic activity for when he went missing

Imagine the full-scale size of the whatever kind of creature that was. I mean to be able to walk in its mouth it must have been huge. You can see a big giant tooth laying on the ground and one pointing up to the top K9 area.. When you looked up it looks like the roof of a mouth And that hole looks like what would go up to the nasal or where that old dangly thing in the back of the throat or hang from.
