I’ve got plans to do these soon as I’ve just ordered a Blackstone but I never thought of doing a Big Mac version! I love a Big Mac so, cheers for this 😋

Dirty burger cheese killed me 😅 Definitely have to try, as confused as I am...

It's the best kind of cheese for a burger haha

The onions they use are dehydrated onions you get in the spice aisle. All they do is rehydrate them.

That makes sense. These worked out well though as an alternative

I could swear the Big Mac sauce recipe I used to have had ketchup in the base.

Apparently not.... the pinkish colour comes from sweet paprika. I'm sure there are a lot of different ways to get there but this one was definitely the closest I've got to he actual Big Mac Sauce and not just a regular burger sauce.

That’s the worst thing I’ve ever heard of. I definitely want one.

@@Barbechoothe only sad thing is I don’t like pickles on my Big Mac😢, I still want to be friends 😅. I can eat them if I have to. Nice cook! Look forward to meeting you sometime. Sweet relish is very common in America. I think there’s corn syrup in Big Mac sauce as well. They put that in everything here-everything. All jokes aside the Bug Macs in America are slightly sweeter than in Europe. I’m in Europe pretty often so it’s pretty fresh in my mind. I’m not much of a fast food guy at all-however at the airport or in a rush McDonald’s is ok. Best Eric 😃

Thanks Eric I think anyone who says they don't have a cheeky McDonalds every now and then is a liar. Sometimes it's just quick and easy. Yea I think there are some major differences in fast food here and in the US.

@@Barbechoo you are right about that. Everyone hits up a McD now and then-even the vegans 😂. Yes the fast food is different in America than Europe and Asia and South Africa. Japan has the best fast food overall. The fast food in America in the 70’s & 80’s was great. Before they went to centralized kitchens and now use the retail outlets as a heat & serve business model. I’m 56 years old. In the early 90’s is when American fast food started to decline in quality. McD has improved a bit in the last few years. I went to McD at the airport in Mumbai 2 months ago-yuck. That was bad. The EU and UK are on par with America in fast food. The American fast food is just sweeter. The buns, sauces etc are all sweeter. That’s a American thing. Everything is too sweet here imo. That’s a trend that’s been around for a very long time. I’m pondering moving to London(a place to start anyways) I’m going to retire and want to not live in America any longer. That’s been my long term idea for the last 20 years/ it’s now happening. I’ll keep you posted. Outdoor cooking is wonderful! Best Eric
