I really appreciate these videos, I myself am not a guy but a plus size woman and currently the biggest woman at my gym. I love that you are also posting videos of you in action or explaining moves that are difficult for people carrying more weight. We dont get to see that side of things as much. Keep this up awesome work.

How do you defend against them arm fighting you. If they mamage to get around you and put you in a kamara, How do you get out of it?

Good questions! For some more of the techniques and escapes, you're going to want to check out some other channels that are a lot more qualified than me, and even my coach doesn't want to do a ton of that technique on here. We're more about maps/paths/thinking/mindset/options, etc. But as far as arm fighting, that's the sport, it's a fight! Thanks for watching and checking in!
