In regards to the way Snowfall ended First off Reed and the CIA had no real intentions of giving Franklin that money back, They would've either set up a sting operation with the Feds so that Franklin and his Family could get arrested or they would've simply killed him. Now with Cissy she killed Reed for two reasons, She initially killed Reed due to fact that he lied about killing her Husband. The second reason why Cissy killed Reed is because she wanted give Franklin an out. She knew that whether Franklin got the money or not he wasn't going to be able to walk away into the sunset. He was always going to be targeted by the Government so in an attempt to give Franklin a second lease on Life she decided to kill Reed.

I dunno man, not to make it about, the small details. But analytics show, black people consistently destroy there business internally. A individual capable of putting others on not allowing there ego, should be celebrated. Until, Black Americans show on a broad spectrum they're capable of sharing and building together, there won't be a common ground on folks like Meech. Celebrate the individual, celebrate him helping others become successful. Murder is murder, but, when someone is after you I don't take the victims side. The biggest myth and overused argument is that every successful drug dealer could be a Fortune 500 CEO if the system was fair and there was no racism forcing them to be criminals. That is not true because the legitimate corporate world, which is historically white controlled, is different from the streets. Not to say that corporate is not full of people doing shady things to earn their wealth. But there are certain ways you negotiate in the street as drug dealers (which often lead to violence or the threat of violence) which will not work in corporate America. Now, if Meech was allowed to attend the same universities as the Wall Street CEOs and have the internships and nepotism from the beginning, he could learn those negotiating skills. But just pulling him out of his world in BMF and dumping him into corporate America, I do not see him being successful. Jay-Z is the exception to the rule and not the norm. And he was never on Meech's level as a hustler. I grew up in the DMV. We had a big time hustler in the 90s named Rayful Edmond who is serving time. His crew was supposedly responsible for 30 murders at a time when Washington, DC was considered the nation's "murder capital." He was a hero to some young dudes and women in the hood back in the day because he was flashy, powerful, and getting money. Dude was so vicious that the jurors in his criminal trial had to sit behind bullet proof glass in case someone came in the court and started shooting to free him. Some people think he served his time and should be released now. I wonder how Joe and his crew would address Rayful's story.
