I love Pudding so, so dearly for reasons you're not going to expect at ALL, she's everything I want from a hyper-femme simp character and arguably my favourite Charlotte child (even more so than everyone else's favourite, who you'll see much much later on) and in many ways she both is and also isn't everything she appears to be. What I will say about the trajectory of her character is that it's super unexpected but brilliant

06:30 It's a given that she likes the prospect of marrying Sanji. Like in the old days, the feelings of the people involved had absolutely no place in the talkings of marriage. Arranged marriage is about the profit of their families. So basically, the only thing Pudding (and all Charlotte daughters who are forced into marriage) can hope for is a husband who will not mistreat her. Sanji who is kind, a gentleman and also has similar interests (Pudding is a baker, Sanji is a cook) is a match from heaven for her. 06:50 Again: Pedro ❤ 10:15 The crew's reaction 🤣 You should have more faith in Sanji! Sanji may act like a fool, but he's serious in serious circumstances, even when they involve women. If you remember, back in Enies Lobby, he didn't run away or surrender. He faced Kalifa even though he knew he couldn't deal a good hit, because it was for Robin's and his crew's sake. Here, he properly turned down Pudding and stood up against the wedding, for both his and his crew's sake.
