Nah, its better. Its like flying in a Jet. First class planes are still like your normal planes, crowded, noisy and bumpy. Plus all materials and seats are quite standard quality. The maybach is jet or yacht standard of quality and refinement. The Aplina XB7 was built more for sportiness, with it’s high first gear ratio (5.00:1), high second gear ratio (3.20:1), and its low-rpm max torque (590 @ 2000 rpm) gives great acceleration time and off-the-line speed. Contrary to the Alpina, the Maybach was built for luxury.
