Awesome video. Big fan. As a diehard northwest salmon guy( born and raised in pa though) I cringe at how yuns handle nets. If you swing a net around like that while waiting to net a fish out here you'd be scolded. We hold the mesh and release it when dipping. Too many times the mesh will get caught on something when the crucial moment comes if you don't control the mesh. Sorry to do annoying armchair quarterbacking but I can't hold it back any more. Most eastern fishing videos I see this and it kills me! Haha

Perfect weather! Bluebird sky here :( I'm surprised how quickly you give up on fish that was interested 😉 Here on the Ottawa River we catch more than 50% of fish on F8 , and that means large circle several times high up and deep as well. Many times you don't even see them follow in.
