Alana and Jack you both are doing an amazing job. Having a new born and am almost 4 year old is challenging at times, but so rewarding. Keep on doing what you both love the most and enjoy your beautiful family. My little girl is 6 years old and loves to watch your KZbin channel. We both want to visit Hawaii someday~hopefully soon. We live in Vietnam and she loves to surf the waves here. She has an amazing coach here that says she is a natural. She gets so inspired by watching you surf Alana~thank you for being a beautiful and incredible roll model for her. Now she says we need to move to Hawaii~I love it!

Yes mama you’re completely normal for having a bit of anxiety about leaving little guy! It’s so genetically wired in us to want to protect them when they’re so young! Props to you for being so strong and doing something for yourself at the same time! Sending so much love! The 2nd time around with baby has it own challenges. Take it easy on yourselves. We saw a sudden rise in behavioral problems with our 4 y/o daughter at the same time as having our second baby. With the hormones and new changes it’s hard for everyone but you know, all still worth it.

I just had my first baby and it’s helpful to hear you have the fear of leaving them for too long too. I’m learning it may be post pardum anxiety but it’s sweet that we love our babies so much AND I am figuring out how to integrate self care into my day. We are around your age and my wife is pregnant with our second child. Birth can be any day now. Great insight on how surfers are handling all this. Kinda relatable because we are in the “same boat” only difference is that I have to work a 9-5 and we are living in Germany.
