I know what you mean about comparing yourself to yourself. I do it too - I look at old photos of me, when I thought I was fat, but certainly wasn't, and now I'm fatter! (To be fair, I have a 7 month old baby, but, still!) Comparing myself to others is pointless, as we aren't the same genetics/metabolism/lifestyle etc, but I know what standard can be achieved by myself, when living the healthy lifestyle that I should, but currently aren't. Anyway, need to get motivated to appreciate my body more, thanks for the reminder!
