Dude is EDCs neighbor, he's in every step of the draft process, and removing Harbaugh removes a key voice in most of the decisions the team has, and will continue to make. In replacing Harbaugh, you also replace a key cog in the Ravens organization. Baltimore has no SINGULAR voice, and because of that it'd be very easy for ANY coach to come here, not mesh well with the system, and thus not get the most out of it. Firing Harbaugh essentially means changing the entire front office below him.
