It is total failure of govt ,and people are suffering unnecessary. Now they have started selling hybrid cars,after some years govt will start saying ,now this will run for only 10 years.,vehicles are not only pollution makers.if they pollute than why you are allowing these companies to sell there product

My car 03 August 2009 made , was forcefully lifted by Mcd crane parked in front of my house on 27 sep 2024 afternoon. Despite my request that scrap policy is under observation and subjudice, that my car is fully maintained, hardly 20k km run and I will get and ready for fitness test. they took my car citing NGT order and did not even allow me to remove my things like files and impoortant income tax documents etc from my car, not allowing to take my belongings on car. They handed over a notice that my car is being lifted and handed to xyz named govt and mcd authorized scrapper and I need to contact that scrapper who would give me suitable scrap value as per prescribed rates. And in no way car will be returned. I called scrapper agent who forced me to accept online transfer of petty amount . There is govt sponsored scrapping mafia extortion running blatantly in New Delhi. No respite. They robbed by car in open daylight. No remedial option. Will they return my car if policy is changed

Your car would have been illegally scraped by now. You can file a case directly in supreme court citing name of all the involved people and use as much evidence as you have so as to have fast remedial process.

In order to make a new vehicle , lot of processing is needed , results huge pollution. NGT is government body, So पॉल्यूशन तो केवल बहाना था, सरकार का मध्यमवर्गीय लोगों की गाढ़ी कमाई पर निशाना था। नहीं तो बात गाड़ी की फिटनेस और परफॉर्मेंस की होती।

Atleast petrol cars below 10 lacs should be granted 3 years extension, as it's very difficult for common man to buy new car in today's market. His use is just for basic needs and have carefully maintiend it so can drive for long.

नमस्कार एडवोकेट बृजेश जी । बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद ये वीडियो बनाने के लिए । उम्मीद करते हैं के आप और आप जैसे समझदार वकीलों की वजह से आम जनता को फायदा होगा । कृपया इस issue को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में और हिम्मत से उठाएं के गाड़ियों को उनकी गुणवत्ता के आधार पर permission मिलनी चाहिए या स्क्रैप किया जाना चाहिए । इस से क्या फर्क पड़ता है के गाड़ी कितनी पुरानी है, मापदंड तो यह होना चाहिए के वो पॉल्यूशन ना कर रही हो । यहां तो कोई भी पॉल्यूशन चैकिंग सैंटर पर जा कर 100 रुपए में पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट बनवा सकता है चाहे गाड़ी कितना भी पॉल्यूशन कर रही हो ।

@@Tripathisaurav09 if it's 15 yr old and residing in Delhi Ncr, then scrap it your self and get a better value else mcd is forcefully lifting vehicles by coming into your private home garage and scrap it forcefully giving petty peanuts. Read my experience written in the comments section .
