Sir क्या यह नियम पैतृक सम्पति पर भी लागू होता है। अगर परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों ने 12 साल पहले अपने नाम दाखिल खारिज कर हमारा नाम न चडाकर कब्जा किया हो और अब 3 साल पहले सरकार ने उसे अधिकृत कर उनहे मुआवजा दे दिया हो हमे मौखिक रूप से कहकर कि तुम्हे तुम्हारा हिस्सा दे देंगे कहकर अब मुकर गये हों . नमस्ते सर हमारी जमीन मेरे चाचा जी ने कब्जा करके रखा हैं पिताजी के टाइम सें और जमीन के कागजात हमारे नाम पे हैं और पिताजी ने भी कोर्ट मे केस डाल रखा हैं और कोर्ट मे केस चला भी लेकिन आखरी result नहीं आया और पिताजी चल बसे, इस बात को 20- 25 साल हो गये क्या जमीन हमे वापस मिलेगी कोर्ट की तरफ से plz रिप्लाय दीजिए सर 🙏🙏

सर, यदि कब्जेदारी किसी व्यक्ति विशेष की हो परंतु वसीयत में प्रापर्टी किसी अन्य को चली गई जिसे यह जानकारी भी हो और वह स्वयं उस प्रापर्टी पर कभी काबिज भी न रहा हो और पिछले 12 वर्षों में प्रापर्टी कब्जाने या हक जताने का कोई भी यत्न न किया हो जब कि उसे सब बात की पूरी जानकारी हो और और अपना नैतिक हक न समझ कर आंख बंद किए हो तो ऐसी दशा में कानूनी तौर पर मालिकाना हक किसका होगा??? कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें

सीधा हिशाब किरयदार हो या कब्जधरि ,एक पुलिस सिकायत पर पुलिस कौ बँधन्करक होना चाहिये की 1 दिन मे खाली करवाये । सिर्फ 1 शिकायत पर कोई सुनवाई सफाई नही

Jo bhi iss Limitations Act ko laagu kiya uska niyat to saaf dikhta hai. Usko usi time virodh kyun nahin hua ? Uska baad kitna govt aaye, kitna PM aaye aur gaye. Koi isme haath nahin daala. Modi ji kaa dam hai isko hatane kaa ? Bilkul nahin. Do ssal pahle Supreme Court ke 2 judge bench ne Isko invalid declare kiya tha. Lekin turant iske baad ek 3 judge bench ne uss judgement ko override kiya aur iss ganda kanun ko phir se bahal kiyaa. Matlab saaf hai. Yah kanun sirf land mafia aur lawyer s ko fyada karta hai.
