This is just a cash grab, the junta emptied Thailand's coffers (on infrastructure and expanding the BTS) now they need the cash.

If someone is going to invest 40 Million Bahts into Thailand, that's over $1.2 M US, most people with that kind of cash kicking around definitely wont invest it in Thailand for a 10 year visa, there are better investment for passport options out there for far less. Great video Chris.

I just came back from Phuket yesterday. Do hope they make some changes to the cannabis law. Everyone offered marijuana everywhere. I had people smoking joints next to me in bars, and worst of all a woman bought a joint by the beach bed sellers and smoked up beside me. She had a 8-10 year old child with her! Just crazy.

I've been fully vaxed since may and just caught covid again. This is the second time and its worse than when I first got it. Thought it was food poisoning at first.
