Hi. I have 14 years of content, written daily on FB. I have listened to your video today. Obviously, you are very well informed on how to do this. Like most videos, the video is loaded. But my brain goes into overload about 5 mins in. For me, and I don't think I'm alone, I need a how to school. First thing, second thing, third thing. Then end. After I progress that far, then take the next step class, 4, 5, 6. Stop. I get that done then return to next steps class, 7, 8, 9, and so on until I get it up and running. This way I'm not on overloard, and my creative juices are flowing because I have a yellow brick road to success. Does that make sense? We need a school. Lesson 1, test. Lesson 2, test. Step by step. I know when I start that I will get there if I make class by class and do what you teach. I think this would make you unique. Thanks.

Yes, most of the podcasts I watch/listen to are on KZbin. I'd say that so far my videos are mostly podcast style as that was the inspiration behind it.

Our show started as an audio podcast only. It very quickly merged into a live streaming youtube podcast. We have been live for 3 years. One hour each Friday and they is quickly stripped to be an audio podcast but the video remains. I think it has made the process much easier. We now have 236 shows and are on season 11.

I just finished editing and uploading the first episode of a new show on my channel --- and when I was about to create the playlist, I noticed that it gave me the option to create a podcast instead. And I was like "This is perfect!!!!" That KZbin just _happens_ to roll out a new Podcasting feature just days before I upload (and weeks after I started planning) a show whose format is very _much_ a podcast-like format!

My question is- I already have an audio podcast that is delivered via Google Podcasts. Will KZbin automatically import Google Podcasts into KZbin Music? The reason that I am asking is that I am 57 episodes into my podcast. I have created an official podcast playlist and have the 12 episodes already featured which are in audio and video format because they were mainly interviews done via zoom. However, the rest of the podcast episodes are case studies that were recorded in real-time during client sessions with their permission. These case studies then became the basis for each episode of the podcast. I would simply do my intro music, have an intro then the audio was stripped from the zoom footage and that became the body of the podcast. I then had a summary at the end and the outro music. For these- I never turned my camera on for the intro and outro explanations. So I simply uploaded them to KZbin as the client session component only, and said- for the explanation go to the podcast or read the description. However, to put them in the podcast playlist would be confusing as they are not the same format as the others. So I am happy to go back and re-edit the videos so they are exactly the same as the audio version and then they become a complete video podcast for KZbin. But, if KZbin auto imports Google Podcasts into Apple Music, will I then potentially cause a conflict because there would be two versions of the podcast- an audio-only brought in from Google Podcasts and then the video version of the podcast. Perhaps it’s worth doing anyway? Thoughts?

@@citizencoy4393 I went ahead and made all the videos irrespective. I have my podcast automatic on all players as I use Captivate. So it seems to appear on Google Music and my podcast tab on my KZbin Channel. I think go ahead an create KZbin podcast playlist irrespective of what Google Music does.

Hey Sean - Something to consider about titles - when you down load a podcast eiosode - or series of episodes to the phone or (old style MP3 Player) and the titles look alike such as 'Sean Canell and new thought media present our latest tech tip for podcasters number 1' now the display title on the small screen is clipped and useless. Spotify with the numbers first really helps the small screen. Whe you wan to replay episode 12 , the long titles make it rough for the people listining on their pocket players.
