If only you guys supported 5.9 cummins guys more, looking for a divided t3, dual wastgated turbine that flows similar to an upgraded 67/76 turbine on an he351 but, in a smaller turbine package. A 60mm turbo suporting an extended tip, narrow hub, billet ball mill compressor wheel design. having that kc tech, a smaller turbine would make a hug improvement, seeing how you can't really go hubless without pattent issues with another style i recently saw. If i can find this setup, it would be awesome because It would create essentially a new family of turbo. this style turbo would be essentially an ultra low drive pressure, faster spooling option that suports around 450-550hp and higher efficiency with those guys with tighter converters needing to spool just after 1000-1200rpm, this would be huge. Might require a dbb chartridge upgrade, but i would think there is certainly a market for this turbo. Also the abilities to us a qsv ( quick spool valve) or implementing one in the desighn of the turbine housing would also be huge, as this allows you to use one port (the smaller port) till the second stage turbo kicks in, or you get above a certain boost level. To fully open up, and while open the turbine flows so well that its optimal for compounds. This gate[wall] can be optimized for the turbine so there is no need to ever adjust this, and the best part is you are not likely to experience a drop off in boost ir failure in these mechanisms as they are rather simple just as an internal wastegate. emplementing a 2.5" compressor vband flange for a 90° exit that can be used or cut off would add versatility A turbo like this would Bridge the power gap to support up to 1000-1200hp maybe more if desired depending on second stage/ atmosphere turbo size. The bottle neck is the turbine. For that, as a said earlier, but going from a dual gated t3 An open t3 flange turbine housing could even be designed to house a qsv if you curved and offset the snail inlet and added a spring loaded gate[ wall ] that directs flow to the smaller port till boost is high enough to open the larger port, and thus, it being higher flowing port, and a direct shot to the turbine would be huge! And just after that qsv implementing dual wg's would add boost control, this would be status worthy. Of only a company would be so ambitious😏

What about a dual ball bearing drop in vgt turbo for the 5.9 cummins? That would check all your boxes? The vgt vanes basically accomplish what you are wanting with better tech. I have seen those diverter valve turbos have issues and over time they tend to melt the diverter and have issues.

Your 10 blade stage two sucks. Show the actual mapping compared to factory. Testing/🫣
