I've stayed at the centara on 2 occasions, airbnb. It is a great location if you want to be in the heart of the action but the rooms I stayed in had terrible insulation and I could hear the bar music from nearby,, people next doors TV and them talking. The other issue is that because of the location and the large amount of airbnb rentals there you get the party people all hours of the morning. Great location but for light sleepers like myself, it wasn't that good.

I think I'd like having an in-house restaurant. Be a lifesaver when the street is flooded, or if you've got a hangover and don't wanna face the world. If that could be argued down closer to 20 or so it would be an interesting option, nice size and the layout isn't weird.

I stayed at centara for a month. The wifi was bad, the pool is good for swimming 50m, the fitness was ok. I didn't think I would want to stay there again until I stayed at dusit grand park in jomtien. That place was only good for the pool 150m. After 2 months I was tired of Thailand but staying in Bangkok for a couple days sparked my interest. Good luck

This was a nice complex Jason. As far as suggestions go, I would love to see you do some content on cosmetic surgery and the cost involved. Love your videos mate.Especially the condo visits.I wouldn't mind seeing some good value condos real close to Soi Buakhao. Also a vid on the costs and process of hiring a small car to venture out of town a bit. I normally hire a scooter when I come up there but have never had a legit licence.I don't want to take that risk anymore knowing that my travel insurance aren't going to cover me if I come a gutser. I`ll defo look you up when I come up from NZ later this year and shout you a meal and a few ales.

Good sized unit, but I can't imagine too many want to sign a year lease. Gotta believe that most stays are for 1-3 months at most, the vast majority being vacationers who stay 1-3 weeks and a smaller number that are long term expats, but most of them aren't interested in the high prices. I hope that the market softens a bit.

The Cirrus Condo on Pratimac Soi 2, clean quiet and underground parking. 15,000 deposit, no monthly contract required, 12,000 a month for 1 bedroom. Very quiet area. Feel free to take a look

As comparative, Google tells me it costs AUD 3,000 a month to rent a similar condo in Sydney. That's close to THB 70,000. I prefer to stay in a hotel in Pattaya (from 500 baht a night), and be central
