its nice, beyond nice, but its still a one bedroom, i just can't see a one bedroom in most countries selling for over half a million. pattaya just isn't london, los angeles, new york etc.

I would suggest that when quoting the square meter size to clearly indicate the total interior and total balcony space. In Thailand the total space offered is both added together, which dilutes the true interior space somwhat on units that have large or even multiple balconies as you have shown in this video.

So over priced now some of the units in Pattaya. I can buy a 2 or 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the Gold Coast in Australia for less money with better facilities and a better view . And if you know the Gold Coast, you can't compare. The more I see, the more I know Pattaya is pricing it self out of the investment market. Cheap to rent but no long to buy.

Sinking fund is only paid when the apartments are new and sold for the first time. Buyers beware of scams in 🇹🇭 Also does the smaller 1 bedder come with a kitchen tap?

@@tomthebadasscat yes i did my research before but couldn’t find it, it was one of the best gym ever in a condo I Saw. It was a 1 bedroom condo for 380$ / month. Jomtien or pattaya around

@@mgm.2174 Yah, sorry I can't remember the gym as it's not a feature I take note of. But for that price of 14k baht per month it would be a small one bedder near or on Second Rd Jomtien, one of the really big complexes, I'm guessing as you say a large gym. Good luck.

Jason I’m a YT’er in Taiwan, enjoyed all your car dealership vidros. You and Jon in Chiang Mai both introduced your ladies in your channels recently and it adds another dimension to your content, well done. I’m sure it’s never an easy decision sharing even more personal life with subs, I’ve had my whole family in my videos since the beginning so I never had to contemplate pulling the trigger on that part of my youtube videos. I reckon you could offer 20mil and they would take it, at the moment its a dead loss, the property needs stripped back to the concrete and re done. But would be amazing afterwards.

Actually someone offered 60mil and they rejected it but I agree it would be amazing when fully renovated, they just reduced the price to 65m, still too much 😊
