I think with so many burnt connectors that your company fixes, there is plenty of work to go around and if other skilled people pick up your stuff there is a lot of money to be made on fixing these cards. I had to buy a grinding pen about a year ago because my 1/16inch cable connector for my DSLR camera's remote shutter control broke off into it and none of the " life hack " tricks worked. I was able to successfully hand drill it out in pieces using a grinding pen. It literally saved me from buying another $500 camera.
