Condo inspections and full coverage is due by an association by the end of the year. It’s probably going to take a few months until all of those get translated into higher HOA fees. All of this needs to be researched and documented before buying a condo

Realtors will get you a better deal, because it is there job to find deals and bring them to clients for they can make money also. So Realtors aren't working against you. They want you to buy also.
