Just try something new, make a weird shape, and spend 1-2 hours thinking about how u could detail things. Also u could look at vid for help and tricks for decor. I used to think the same thing, just try to top ur old builds with every new one.

If you put a stalagmite under a lava source, but over a cauldron, it will drip into it and you will have infinite lava. Use that for lava buckets for furnaces to smelt a whole stack. So just make a farm of that and have lots of lava.

I'm still playing on my old ps3 minecraft server that made years ago and transferred it over to ps4 and it still has the original caves system. The reason I don't wanna start a new world is because I have a lot of stuff on my original ps3 world

I'm gonna say it: I don't like the new update so far. The caves appear too much to feel interesting, the overworld generation is lackluster, and the new ore generation is such a huge pain. I really hope they put a lot of work into this, because I really wanna like 1.18, but in it's current state it's not good.

Hey if you move the portal you can spawn a new portal elsewhere, so you don’t have to build a bunch of shit to get to where you need to be. It’s also a good trick to teleport to different places in the overworld, as the nether is 10X shorter distance than the overworld. For example, 100 blocks direction is 1000 blocks in the overworld.
