Universe is not good nor evil. But it's just juggling matter and some matter has evolved thinking machanism.

But if you slightly flip it- say a being (accordingly to my example pre-human)doesn't have a feeling of pain due to hunger, jungle-fire,animal attack etc. still can experience good and bad ? There is something called psychological injury. It's another thing, 'thinking' as we know in humans came only after humans came . Same as psychology....same as good-bad judgement. So why do we cite the pre-human example to evaluate good/bad. Of course good/bad is because men are.
