Ramy suffered a lot, 10 years of hard work.. in 2017 he got 2nd and in 2018 he got 6th, 2019 he tore his muscle and couldn’t compete In 2020 he got COVID and sponsors left him and also got kicked out, yet he still worked out then someone got COVID and got a special invitation, so imagine what would have happened if he didn’t work out. Despite all the conditions he still went forward.. god was testing him another person would say “fuck this I can’t do it I’ll just live my life” he passed the test from god and look what happened he got mr Olympia not only that, he also got the belt and everyone loved him brothers and sisters please do not give up on what you are doing no matter the cost! Also never forget that god made all this possible and you should never miss the prayers, congrats ramy!!!

Das größt Problem was Adolf hat, ist einfach das seine Hüfte viel zu breit ist. Außerdem schafft er es nicht genau so konstant wie Ramy seinen Rumpf angespannt zu halten. Beide haben eig ähnlich viel Muskelatur und sind ähnlich lean. Aber da is die Genetik von Adolf die im Vergleich zu Ramy einfach reinscheißt-leider
