Prayers for Bob to have his health back, for healing soon, and that he’ll be back to his old self again. It’s nice to see men who love what they do and enjoy there jobs and going to work. It’s a blessing. There are way too many guys who are dead beats and don’t have a job and are just not looking for one either. God bless your family always and for them to be safe. Love ya Nicole! ❤️👍🏼💕💕

When I was little, I had to go to the ER to have a crayon surgically removed from my nasal cavity because while I was sniffing the yummy crayon, someone walked too close to my chair and bumped me from behind causing the crayon to get shoved up my nose. Seriously embarrassing.

Yay Bob!!! I love that for him!!! Sometimes being back in "our element" helps heal us!! Just like people get better once they're back home from the hospital because they're more relaxed and happy there!!! I hope he has another successful day today!!! And I love when you work in your B.R.G.B.... ;) xo

KZbin suggested your channel and I loved it. At first I was a bit anxious, but trusted your process. I make junk journals but have never done a glue book. I just so happen to have an empty sketchbook so guess what’s next? Yup, gonna try it. My critters aren’t allowed in my craft room. Too destructive! So fun. Thanks for sharing.

Nicole: fun glue session. As children, I think we all ate things we weren’t suppose to. My friend and I tried dog biscuits. They came in different shapes, colors and favors. I remember thinking they weren’t that bad, but I wasn’t fond of the black ones. That experience still amuses me. Can you imagine? Carol from California

If you google you will find many different answers as to why it takes so long to start a new magazine subscription. Whatever the reason truly is, it will take 6 to 10 weeks to receive your first issue. It was unusually nice that they gave you an idea how long it would be.

I love it! Hey! I have a kooky idea for a future video....Please consider doing a complete harvest of a magazine or two.....by complete I mean, page by page everything you'd use and show which images you fussy cut and which ones you leave as squares. You literally could just sit down with a magazine, turn your recorder on, don't say a word, do your thing, preparing everything you harvest as if you were going to use them up immediately and let us see it all in action! You could upload it on speed with a voice over with your thoughts as you sometimes do anyway. Your thoughts could be explaining why you would or wouldn't use an image-Such as an image with words across the middle....you could say you wouldn't use that one or you would cut it out and show HOW you'd use it. Make sense? I would watch it and LOVE it and be happy you took my suggestion and made it happen!!! You rock! Keep on doing your thing!!!

I've been working on fussy cutting the entire "Extraordinary Things to Cut and Collage" book and it seems to be taking forever. I didn't realize it had quite so many images. I've been cutting for 3 weeks (a little each day) now and still have what looks like it might be a couple hundred images left. But my plan is to then grab a few images at a time and try to use them in a collage.

Good for Mr. Bobarooni!!!!❤ He'll be happier cuz he's finally doing something productive. I know my man is so bored and down right now cuz he can't do anything physically. It's a big deal for guys. I'd have put the jellyfish as the head over the cook, and I think that would have solved the space issue. IMO Yes, I loved that paste, oh yes I did. Never got busted though. Don't know why. Probably because the teacher was always after the kid in the class who picked his nose and ate his goober. That was a pretty good distraction. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Nicole, I just randomly decided to watch this video mainly because someone else mentioned you. Sorry, I don’t remember who it was. Anyhow, what a fun choice to watch. You made me laugh and no, you are not a goober. Well, maybe you are, but in a good way! 😉 I subscribed based on one video! I do collage and other crafty things so a glue book looks like fun. Good luck with your channel and keep having fun with your art while inspiring others to just relax and enjoy the process!

Just found you today via @cerithecrafter and laughed so much! I’m also in my mid-40s (48 is still “mid,” right?😂) and while I never ate paste, I do remember the kid who did. His name was Chris. Poor guy, that’s pretty much all I remember about him! 😂

✋️ Yes, it's true. I was a paste eater ☺️ I agree with you. They shouldn't have made it smell so good! When I was teaching art, early 80's, there was paste still around. Collectively, art teachers went glue because the paste wouldn't stick. What I hated as a teacher were the smelly markers. Kids were walking around with colored marker dots on their noses from sniffing the markers too close! 😂😂

@marriannadougherty7408 Жыл бұрын
Nicole - would you TYPE in the comments WHY you do the glue books, please. I’m way older than you and when I was a kid, we called them “scrapbooks” and now they are “vintage” just like me. I’m not doing well with collage on pockets/envelopes from book pages/clusters, etc. I think you get the idea. Like: Do you start cutting images out of magazines while watching TV (or Bob getting well)? Also, what about using regular glue sticks vs. permanent glue sticks? You probably mentioned this before during filming for YT but I thought I’d ask. Why? Because others will see your reply AND I’ll get a “social” notice in my Gmail account. Thanks so much for your videos.
