महाकुंभ-2025 के पहले स्‍नान के लिए संगम तट पर अनन्य आस्था, अगाध भक्ति, हर्ष-उमंग और भावनाओं का ज्वार उमड़ पड़ा है। यह स्‍नान न केवल देश-प्रदेश, बल्कि विदेशों से आए लाखों श्रद्धालुओं के जप-तप और पुण्य-मोक्ष का मार्ग बनने के साथ ही, एकता के सूत्र में बांधने वाला एक ऐसा माध्यम बन गया है, जिसकी तुलना किसी अन्य घटना से करना संभव नहीं लगता। पहले ही दिन मानवता के इस अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक धरोहर का साक्षी बनने, अपने जन्मों के पुण्यों को साकार करने और मानव सभ्यता के इस सबसे बड़े विलक्षण क्षण का साक्षी बनने की होड़ तीर्थराज प्रयागराज के संगम नोज समेत सभी स्थाई और अस्थाई घाटों पर दिख रही है। यहां भाव विह्वल श्रद्धालु भीगी पलकों से इस सुखद क्षण का साक्षात्कार करते हुए अपनी पूजा-अर्चना विधि से भक्ति में रमने के साथ ही एकता के संगम में सराबोर होते दिख रहे हैं। पौष पूर्णिमा पर सुबह 9.30 बजे तक 60 लाख श्रद्धालु पावन गंगा, यमुना और संगम में डुबकी लगा चुके थे।

By 9.30 am on Paush Purnima, 60 lakh devotees had taken a dip in the holy Ganga, Yamuna and Sangam.
