I jus love your work! Can you please tell me what consistency is the icing you piped the pattern and the consistency you flooded? Thanks!

Thank you! For this cookie I use piping consistency icing. If you remove the spoon from the icing and turn it sideways, then the end of the icing peak will bend down. This cookie is not flooded, it's painted with red egg wash. Otherwise I use a 7 second consistency flood icing. (If you pull a knife through the icing the line will disappear in 7 seconds.)
