Great stuff is there a reason from changing on the glueing on the wall back to the mortar beds ? Fonz great having a guy with plenty experience to learn from 🤟🤟🤟

Yes mate the last course is a cut one to have the blocks at level joists .. because it’s a cut block it’s not a ideal surface to glue on so we put it in a mortar bed .. i think it’s also more solid to have a mortar joint up there ;)yea man fonz he knows his stuff , he was not only a welder on pipe and boats but is also a old school plumber !.. it’s crazy how he can bend piping in all different ways to make something fit:) Cheers mate have a good weekend lee-man

Moest de fundering voor deze woning aangepast worden? Nogal een serieus extra gewicht dat die nu moet dragen t.o.v. de gelijkvloerse oorspronkelijke woning. Edit: alhoewel, de welfsels en betonnen druklaag zijn weg, scheelt ook in gewicht natuurlijk 😎

Nee de fundering is niet aangepast .. daarom ook de houten vloeren en een houten dak . Er staat ook aangegeven door de ingenieur dat er bv. geen groen dak op mag (80kg/m2 ofzoiets?) want daar is de bouw niet op berekend . Dit huis is eig van de de jaren 70 , grondig gerenoveerd in de jaren 90 en 2 maal bijgebouwd later 😅
