I didn't at first understand how the headboard was going to work with the rest of your decor, but the negative space in the headboard is amaaaaaazing and the headboard came out looking beautiful! Aw Danie you made me cry (And then a thought crossed my mind! And I loved it). I'll never tire of saying "You're a genius"! I love all the diys! You make your projects seem so doable and I love that. What it says to me is that I can do it too. You inspire me so much. Because of you, I've made 2 large plant stands with just a handsaw, a drill and a 12 ft tape measure. Visitors ask where I bought them or who made them? Last Friday I was asked to and successful hung a bathroom door with my drill and a shim. Proud is me! And yes, I chuckle at your word plays😂😆! It's gorgeous!! A tip for future flower/twig arrangements; Instead of that yucky foam stuff, just grab a bunch of fallen branches, cut them up into equal lengths, and put them into the bottom of the planter standing till you've covered the whole thing. Then you can just stick your flowers or twigs in the crevasses. This of course works for living arrangements as well as you can add water and is a lot more eco-friendly than the flower foam. :)

Love the Fellowship of the Rings example!😂❤️😂. A tip for your floral foam is to soak it first. It’s way less squeaky sounding then pulse it doesn’t split apart when you stuff sticks or stems into it. Favourite diy was the brass bowl light fixture - it’s a great idea for low ceilings where you can’t fit a big light fixture. Beautiful bedroom - bravo. 👏👏👏

I think the baseboard filled in perfect to look like a bottom shelf, and the peekaboo in the headboard filled in for a top shelf. So I agree with you, there aren't any currently. And we both agree they would be a great addition❗👍🥰

Danie, you are SO gifted, SO, talented, and your upbeat personality is infectious! Your creativity is beyond measure. Lovely ! The headboard is stunning...so smart...so special. Great room. Now here is a hint for cutting odd angles...use poster board to make a pattern...I keep a supply under my mattress to use for all kinds of "lets see how this would look" projects. Two sheets for a dollar at Dollar Tree makes life so easy.

The antique swag lights are my favorite. It is a beautiful room. I would love to see you DIY a better storage solution for atop the wardroom and also perhaps a tray topper for the stool sidetables and maybe a shelf for them. Good job with the headboard!!!!!

This has been a long journey, but such a delight to watch! Well done Danie! I think my favourite part was the headboard, it looks amazing and goes so well with the vanity. One little' but' I have is the shape of the baskets you've put on top of the wardrobe - I'd go for something boxy/rectangular shaped to complement the wardrobe door design.

It looks really good. The headboard is unique and the perfect choice for that wall. I do really like the vintage vanity as well. Suggestion: That small narrow space between the wardrobe and wall, below the attic access; I do believe I'd add some shelves in that space to fit some baskets or bins for additional storage. They could easily be moved out of the way if attic access is needed. Love your channel and all your ideas & projects. Nicely done with Alexandra on the guest room as well.

Great job as usual! Think my favorite DIY is the hanging lights by the bed but the "tree" is a close second. The lights were a great touch and the bronze spray paint retouch looked wonderful. Spring is here today, how about adding a colorful little fake bird or two onto those branches to celebrate? OOOH, a bird just started singing outside my door as I type this. He approves! Great fix on the headboard and never would have thought to use the hole saw there. Makes so much sense. Was thinking jigsaw. Can see your artwork making its way onto the slanted wall above the headboard and your ceiling one day. Love your use of baskets above the great Ikea piece and on the peg rack. The stools are a clever choice for a side table. I can see that they could each have 2 shelves added underneath if you ever need it. Love your antique vanity and your grandmother's chair. Love that you make it "younger" adding the faux fur to it. Didn't see Kenobi's bed. Is that a future addition or is he sleeping with mom and dad? Enjoy the new space and hope you get to 200,000 pronto! (In Toronto! lol)

I am the same when It comes to the sound of cotton and when I got married I did the same technique as you are doing but with little saplings trees. I made 12 large potted saplings for the ballroom and dining area at the venue we used! I was dying by the end of it with that foam sound! Haha
