We had jaw crushers at the bottom of copper mine I worked in, the crusher was connected to anymore pass system from every level of the mine and some levels had multiple ore pass dumps. The more pass system was stepped so larger rocks would break up hitting the steps and reducing there size. I threw some awful large chunks down it in my day.

There isn’t much more to the crusher than what you see on the top in the video. Those corrugated crush plates just get very close together down inside the crusher. The crushed rock then falls out of the bottom and on to the conveyor to take it away.

@@petergersbach7355ran one for yrs, your absolutely right. Simple but effective, big rocks to little rocks, in the top out the bottom. I can't figure out why they keep stopping, I'd turn the feeder on and not stop unless there was a jam. They run better with top pressure pushing the stone into the jaws. Guess it's for tv.
