I'm impressed the ice cream didn't melt. She's been hot up here for sure. One thing quite random you could try doing for a cookup, and I reckon it would go bloody well on charcoal or an open flame grill - Chicken Tikka. It's not as hard as you think and goes well. You just need to marinade the chook overnight in the yoghurt and spice mix.

They’re always a hit when we are out camping.Kerryn just uses a pancake mix instead of making a batter.She has experimented with plenty of fillings caramel,banana ,apple,jams.She learnt from you Buck when she was on the production line at Hervey Bay

Good one Buck. Try doing it as a roll-up. Jam trim the crust off and roll up then in the batter.

Buck, try mixing a little bit of maple syrup into your batter. Try the maple syrup with blueberry jam or apple jelly. I'm curious what you think about it. These look so good. Keep Rafa off the human shit. Doggie food only..lol
