Good work Luke! Jordanelle is pretty nice. Lots of water sports there. You are going to LOVE the Tetons!! One of the most beautiful places on earth.

We loved our time in Zion and Bryce this past June! Bryce was our favorite. We did the Wall Street, queens garden hike. A bit challenging for us in our 60’s but we chatted with a lady in her 80’s doing the hike! Secret is just do it at your pace and carry enough water 😉. We loved the hike! So happy you are seeing Grand Teton National Park. It is one of our top places to camp in the United States! Enjoy 😊

I love how self sufficient you guys are, love how Luke can fix most anything he puts his hands to! Learn as you go.

So do you like the USA camping better than Canada camping ???

Definitely liking the number of state sites that have Electric if not water as well. Not many in BC where we're from have electric which makes for more generator usage. Pros and cons sometimes but loving the USA!🙂🍁

Great job researching your project and fixing the problem. Alysha, you are to be commended for doing maintenance on your windows and slide before they have problems.

Yeah isn't it great the things you can see and learn on the internet hey. Unless it's a really in depth job or requires dealing with more dangerous appliance stuff you can fix a large majority of issues. Good practice just following videos along and researching 😁🍁

Luke, champion generators are the best. If you called them, they would take good care of you. I know you didnt have time for that. They have the best customer service.

Anything more that about 5 pulls may flood the generator. Also, you may want to run some fuel cleaner through it, there are many out there. They are cheap and will help remove any varnish from it sitting. Also, I have a very similar generator and carry a spare pull with me. Mine has slipped out before. Great news is there isnt much you cant fix on these champion generators. Thanks for the adventure and story. Enjoy you journey and thanks for sharing.

This would be true if he ran gas in it, but he’s running propane.

You should’ve drained the oil before laying the generator on its side. Good way to fill the cylinder with oil.

That is a good tip! Thankfully all worked out in the end but perhaps that is what made it take a little while to get started!🙂🍁

Good job on the generator Luke😅. I hate it when you have to get to the point of almost ‘complete’ disassembly. Like they say, experience is the best teacher. How many days have you guys been out now?
