I just installed the Fleece idler pulley and found the factory dust washer wouldn't fit so the orange rubber seal is exposed. It looks like you had the same issue and just used a washer under the bolt head. Curious if you did this by choice or had the same issue?

You definitely shouldn’t heat the engine up without coolant. The wall of the cylinder would get very hot without water surrounding it. Plus your temp sensor won’t do much if there isn’t coolant in the engine to heat up

That Red 6.7 Guy full send diesel makes the heater hose, fleece makes the coolant bypass from behind the block to the thermostat

That wire or capillary tube you attached to Whatever that is you installed in the hole you tapped in the exhaust manifold needs a loop or coil in it or it is going to fatigue and break off.
