Awesome channel guys! That thing looks great. I just got into a ‘black ‘15 rubi two door about a month ago. So I was wondering. How much lift are you running on big sauce? And do you plan to lift it anymore? Is the the amount of lift you have enough to not get caught up on your belly?

Looks SICK with the new bead locks and tires. Are you still running the D30? I'd get it trussed if you are going to keep & wheel it for any length of time. I almost have the same thing going on....black 2 door w/ 37's. Trussed & gusseted D30. Did the welding myself...wasn't too bad but you have to pull the rear IMO. Sweet truck man...lookin good!

I see in the very near future an ARB On board Air System with a 4 point quick air up hose kit. Especially after you Air them suckers down and fill them back up a few times. Jeep looks good bro. keep it up.

I hear you, I have a 13 Rubicon on 37s and did the C gussets, sleeves and ball joints. The big brakes and truss are next. Keep it up brother, you got a good looking rig there!

If you plan on keeping the Dana 30 I’d at least suggest looking at some RCV axle shafts they hold up pretty well. Also I’d like to say I love the vids and the Jeep.

Intrinsic Off-road haha I hear ya! But even the rear 44 needs some upgrades! I would truss the rear and get some chromoly shafts, not trying to knock ya. But the rear spins tubes easily and the shafts bend even with 37s.

Definitely RIP axles if it goes offroad. They will last a little bit though. Even the rear gear set is not up to the task of wheelin 40s. Depending on what he does with this Jeep the axles days are numbered lol. I stopped at 37s on my 2 door JK plenty of tire for stock wheelbase.

You are right even at the same weight the diameter is a big issue your bead locks have to weigh more than the old wheels too. Haven fun with it though. Break an axle and build or buy some tons! If you plan to milk that D30 for any kind of length truss it and gusset those C's asap then cross your fingers. Personally I think the BLD function of the JK is harder on the axles than having a locker. It causes a lot of on and off stress to the diff and the rest of the driveline. You will learn a lot about the limits of your jeep with this tire and wheel combo. Keep on keepin on peace!

Man good luck with those. I ran procomps once, and you couldnt pay me enough to run them again. Just be careful with the sidewalls. They puncture easily. Also keep up with rotation every single oil change. looks HELLA good though :)

Where's the rear axle bump stop spacers? No way that you don't need them. Dana 30 front? Your rear axle is tilted down too much buddy. Use those adjustable arms to tilt that pinion side up. Jeep looks nice though.

@Darvin Stjohn not true I have seen more than few 30's fail with full send . now no telling how much abuse that had previously. most do get lots life from d30 and 35's. but add something like Detroit locker it can break stuff .
