First, you need to buy the Keygen from Spamton from his shop in the trash zone Then, find the Hacker's 3 blue checkmarks in the first area. He will go to Queen's mansion. He'll be in the room with the guests. From there, go to the room with all the sculptures of Queen past the cars and he will help you find the switch that leads to the basement.

Theory: Spamton NEO was created from the discarded parts for Mettaton NEO as Mettaton would have never had a physical body in Deltarune. And since Spamton lives in the garbage, he would have come across it and built it into his new body and be able to use the functions Mettaton NEO refused to use in the Undertale fight.

The Various Dark Worlds are based and designed off of people’s thoughts, feelings and the contents of the area they inhabit. By that Logic even though Alphys may have never physically gone to the Dark World she has a presence in that Library because she goes their often. The Mettaton NEO is clearly in a rough design phase and never made it past that stage because in this world Mettaton and Alphys aren’t friends and he was the part that made the robot work at all and what inspired her to actually build the robot body.

i understand this is a remix, but i just hate it when people don't put the right notes, it takes away the essence of the song. In the beginning there are some notes that are off, that simply doesn't sound right.
