There are so much minor nods to touhou in delta rune and undertale, with its respectful bullet patterns (sometimes) and music, some of which are quite literally filled with ZUNpets. At this point im just fucking waiting for toby to secretly impliment some sort of touhou reference in the game. Maybe a 9, maybe a character that looks like the strongest fairy, maybe a weapon with a description that resembles that of a weapon in touhou.

Some of the moments in the music seem to have an almost sad tone to them, which i think goes well with the tragic truth that spamton has been acting as a puppet (both figuratively and literally) and all he really wants is to be free.
