Big SIM Comparisons: Mondo King vs Shangri La vs Dreamboat

We compare three big self-inflating mats for camping:
1. The Therm-a-rest Mondo King 3D
2. The Vango Shangri La Grande
3. The Outwell Dreamboat
All are big, comfortable, sleeping mats.

so you prefer the thickest one slightly over the dreamboat but you feel the difference is small and therefor would choose the dreamboat as your top pick if you had to choose 1?? and how do you feel about the mondoking? like how much of a difference is the mondoking 3d from the dreamboat? you do prefer the dreamboat over the mondoking? what makes it more comfortable to you if so?

Yes, the big think Vango is slightly more comfortable than the Dreamboat, but not by much. However, as the Dreamboat packs down smaller, I’d rate it as more practical and the best all rounder. The Mondoking is a good mat but not as comfortable as the other two and doesn’t inflate as well.

Do yourself a favour and do not buy a Vango inflatable matress. The valves and the material around the valves will begin leaking within a very short period. Terrible build quality.
