Absolutely agree! Bibs are just the best pants for keeping it comfy. I wear big smith and also roundhouse overalls as my daily wear at home after work. I love the many big pockets and not having to use a restricting belt… I’m in my thirties now and don’t understand why I should sacrifice comfort for ‚style‘ reasons. Keep up the good work, really appreciate it!

I've always been a fan of big smith. Is there a way to order directly from the manufacturer? I wish they still made the mechanic style Fisher stripe coverall.

I have 3 favorites in bibs. In this order, #1 Big Smith, #2 Roundhouse, #3 Carhartt. Like I say, I prefer Big Smith, but they are getting almost impossible to find. Walmart used to stock them in store as did Tractor supply. Not anymore, and I just don't understand. They are without a doubt, the best, at least in my opinion.

My brother traveled to Vietnam for an international finance development course in college in 2003 and was impressed with the quality of manufacturing there compared to what He saw in China. Interesting to me to see your video, as I just ordered myself some of these same Overalls from Amazon today. I very much hope mine fit me as well as those look on you! My dad traveled to Vietnam for an "international deveoplment" trip in 1965. I am not sure I could buy these after knowing that Round House Overalls are still made in USA with all USA materials.

I watched this video to see what the 2 button holes on top of the bib were for. You millisecond pointed at them and then no mention. What is their purpose? About 5:14.

the button holes have become standard as a design feature. I believe originally they were for putting a pen through, or a chain for a pocket watch.

I am aware of khaki, blue denim washed and unwashed as well as a stripe.

Unfortunately, more and more brands that produce classic dungarees are disappearing. And the quality of those that are left drops. The reason is that it is often found made in China and Mexico. The Mexican variants are still tolerable, but do suffer from deficiencies. With the Chinese variants it is much worse. That's why I try to get NOS versions that are made in the USA or Mexico.

What a coincidence I came across this video.. I bought a pair of big smith raw denim overalls maybe around a month or so ago. Honestly my only complaint about them is that for their price point, there’s heavier denim bibs available on the market from other brands. They just don’t seem as heavy & strong as say from Dickie’s or Key imperials. But other than that I like em’. The pocket layout is actually very nice and the sizing seems to be on point. I just wish they were a little heavier. Then again, after watching this video the pair I bought looks a little different from these. The ones you’re showing are a dark indigo but the ones I got (off Amazon) are a lighter blue, not stone wash though.
